How much is the shipping / postage?

The majority of the ordered goods are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (insured). The shipping cost on all products is FREE of charge regardless of the value.

 

What is your delivery time?

Depending on the volume of the orders and the stock availability, the delivery time may vary from 24 hours up to 72 hours. This may be affected by strikes or events on the side of Royal Mail.

 

How can I pay?

We accept all the main payment methods, such as:

Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and more.

  

What services do you offer – resizing, engraving, jewellery restoration?

We offer most jewellery alteration/customisation. We are in the process of creating a portal dedicated for these services. In the meanwhile, please feel free to get in touch with us via our WhatsApp chat with all enquires.

 

Sold-out product – when will it be in stock again?

Our website is updated daily. We recommend you to set up a notification by email, by clicking on the “SIZE SOLD OUT?” button below the product. Once the desired product is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification.

 

Do you do bespoke (custom made) jewellery?

Absolutely, we love to bring even the most unusual design ideas to life. Please get in touch with us via WhatsApp chat to discuss the jewellery of your dreams.

 

Do you do ear piercings?

Yes we offer a home ear piercing services. For children under 14 we only pierce earlobes, with at least one parent present, after the age of 14 we pierce cartilage (until 18 years of age still a parent has to be present). 

 

Do you have a salon or do you pierce ears on location?

We offer a home ear piercing service. This means we come to the desired location, given that it is adequate for the process of ear piercing. There have to be cleanable/sanitizable surfaces and room and peace for our piercer to focus. (Fearful or crying children does not count as not peaceful, we know it can be a stressful experience for little ones and our piercer will do everything possible to ease the child - all of our piercers have kids and we all have been through this :) ).
